Hydraulic test is divided into pressure verification test, deformation pressure test, pressure burst test and leakage test. Among them, the pressure test is mainly for checking and verifying whether the hose and assemblies can last under pressure for thirty to sixty seconds without leakage, deformation and damage. Deformation pressure for the specified pressure can be maintained for one minute, measuring the various changes in the hose. Pressure burst test is the pressure required for the hose to burst at the specified speed. Leakage test refers to the seventy percent of the minimum burst pressure for five minutes, repeatedly, to check whether the hose has a leak.
