Overview:

QSDM-1 automobile brake rubber bowl low-temperature sealing performance test device (referred to as low-temperature sealing test device) is based on the "HG2865-1997" standard (Appendix A) provisions of the development and production. Low-temperature sealing test device adopts cabinet-type double-layer refrigeration low-temperature box type, built-in body structure, the use of liquid, electric combination of low-temperature sealing test, programmed by the computer and PLC control to achieve real-time data acquisition, display, setup and control. The use of hydraulic control system to drive the hydraulic solenoid valve so that the master cylinder piston reciprocating movement, measured in a certain pressure, a certain round-trip frequency, a certain round-trip stroke, a certain temperature under the bowl sealing performance, to determine the specimen's low-temperature sealing whether it meets the standard, refrigeration imported compressor double-cylinder refrigeration mode.
