DNP-2A Duplex Dynamic Adhesive Strength Tester for Wire Cord Core Tape/Conveyor Belt

Overview:

This machine can simultaneously determine the dynamic bonding strength index between steel wire rope and rubber in two groups of steel wire rope core conveyor belt by pulling fatigue test method.

Through the transmission, the lower fixture of the bonding strength testing machine rises or falls, and applies a cyclic pulling load to the steel wire rope in the specimen to determine the dynamic bonding strength when a certain number of loading cycles are reached or the bond is broken. And can be done to complete the standard cycle test cycle after the pulling test. The design of this machine is in line with GB21352-2008 Appendix A and MT668-2019 Appendix B standard test use requirements.

This machine consists of industrial control machine, printer, machinery, servo drive system, computer electronic control system of five parts.
