Overview.

The test chamber is divided into desktop and vertical two types according to the appearance, by different studio materials, studio size and temperature control range is divided into different specifications, varieties. The outer shell of the drying chamber are made of high-quality steel surface baking paint, the studio is coated with high-temperature-resistant silver powder paint of high-quality steel or stainless steel plate, there are two layers of high-quality steel or stainless steel coated with high-temperature-resistant silver powder paint inside the chamber made of shelves, the spacing of shelves can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the intermediate layer of ultra-fine glass wool filled with heat insulation. Desktop box door with double-layer tempered glass door or observation window, vertical box door with double-layer tempered glass observation window above, can clearly observe the box heating items. The connection between the working chamber and the door is equipped with high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to ensure the sealing between the working chamber and the door. The power switch with indicator light, temperature control instrument and other operating elements are concentrated in the control panel in front of the box, beautiful and easy to operate.

The heating and thermostatic system is mainly composed of low-noise electric motor with centrifugal impeller, electric heater, suitable air duct structure and temperature sensor. When the power supply of the drying box is turned on, the motor will run at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater directly placed at the bottom or back of the box will be discharged upward or forward through the air duct, and then inhaled into the blower after drying the articles in the working chamber, so that the temperature will reach uniformity in the continuous cycle.
