Overview:
QG-01 automobile brake air chamber rubber diaphragm product life test device (referred to as product life test device) is based on the "HG2950-1999 standard" (Appendix A) provisions of the development and production. QG-01 automobile brake air chamber rubber diaphragm product life test device adopts the piano type operating table, built-in body structure, the use of gas, electricity combination of life testing, computer and PLC communication mode of control to achieve real-time data acquisition, display, setting and control. It is controlled by computer and PLC, realizing real-time data acquisition, display, setting and control. The use of gas-electricity conversion drives the crankshaft to make the piston reciprocating movement, measuring the specimen in a certain air pressure in the air chamber under the air pressure drop value to determine the specimen of the product life in line with the standard. This product life test device conforms to the test requirements of rubber diaphragm life test method for automobile brake air chamber in the standard HG2950-1999 (Appendix A).
