QWRC-50 hot press stroke tester for automobile brake rubber bowl

Overview.

QWRC-50 Automotive Brake Rubber Bowl Hot Pressure Stroke Test Device is used to detect the hot pressure stroke test of the master cylinder seal of the bowl, which is designed according to the high-temperature test method in GB/T29334-2012 "Elastomer Bowls and Seals for Automotive Hydraulic Brake Cylinders Used in Non-Petroleum-Based Hydraulic Brake Fluid". The test device adopts cabinet-type double-layer polymer material constant temperature box type and built-in body structure, and adopts the combination of gas, liquid and electricity to conduct the test, which is controlled by the computer and PLC for communication and programming to realize real-time data acquisition, display, printing, setting and control.
