Overview:

QYWN-01 automobile hydraulic brake rubber bowl work durability test device (referred to as durability test device) is based on the "HG2865-1997" standard (Appendix B), "QC/T 311-2008" standard (5.2.9 and 7.2.9 the corresponding provisions) development and production. The durability test device adopts the cabinet-type double-layer polymer material constant temperature box type, built-in body structure, adopts the combination of gas, liquid and electricity to carry out the durability test, and is controlled by the computer and PLC for communication and programming, realizing real-time data acquisition, display, printing, setting and control. The hydraulic control system is used to drive the hydraulic solenoid valve to make the piston of the master cylinder reciprocate, measure the dynamic performance of the specimen under a certain pressure, a certain round-trip frequency, a certain round-trip stroke, high or low temperature, and a certain load, and then determine whether the working durability of the specimen complies with the relevant provisions of the standard. The working durability test device complies with the standard HG2865-1997.
