Overview:

SLLN-II-10-200 high speed/durability tester for loaded tires conforms to 5.2 high speed performance test and 5.1 durability test methods and requirements of GB/T4501 standard, with easy operation, compact equipment and long service life.

Characteristics:

  1. The whole machine adopts double-station test mode, combining electric and mechanical transmission, steel skeleton structure, and all kinds of rims can be replaced arbitrarily according to different specimens;
  2. The use of DC motors and motor drivers with servo motors and ball screws for loading realizes automatic application of loading force;
  3. Adopting the control system composed of control machine, PLC, low-voltage electrical appliances, etc., through the corresponding combination of the above devices, to complete the data acquisition, preservation, test to complete the test data report;
  4. The whole test equipment has safety protection facilities, explosion-proof tire emergency stop, wheel rims brake, servo motor automatic loading to avoid manual disassembly of weights, etc., reducing manual operation, increasing the degree of automation of the equipment to achieve a humanized design.
