Ingredients:
1. Fuselage: steel skeleton structure.
2. Strength test assembly:
2.1 Loading device: servo motor is used for upward/downward movement, and force sensors and punches are installed on the mobile loading slide bar. Grating encoder for moving distance detection, force sensor for loading force detection, data processing by the acquisition board and computer.
2.2 Tire fixation device: the rims will be loaded with tires inflated, loaded into the rims fixed to the hub flange and bolted, manually rotate the locking device for rotary locking the hub,.
2.3 Braking device: by manually rotating the locking disk to make its wheel circumference and body locking, locking for strength test, loosening the locking disk to adjust the next test position and locking for different positions of the strength test.
3. Force sensor range: 20T
4. Tire strength punch: φ19 one, φ32 one, φ38 one, each of the above three specifications; Material: 5CrMnMo alloy steel tempered, quenched after processing, hardness HRC 56-62.
5. Loading force measurement tooling: 1 set
6. Control and detection system: the whole control system adopts industrial control machine and data acquisition board card, PLC for computer control.
