Overview.

VNP-01/4 type V-belt (no torque) fatigue testing machine is designed according to the relevant provisions of GB/T15328-2009 "Fatigue Test Method of Ordinary V-belt (No Torque Method)", HG/T2442-2012 "Washing Machine V-belt" and GB/T12730-2002 "Narrow V-belts for General Use", and is capable of carrying out fatigue tests on A, B-type Ordinary V-belts, M, Z, SPZ, A washing machine V-belt and SPZ, SPA, SPB type narrow V-belt a total of nine types of V-belt fatigue test. VNP-01/4 transmission belt (no torque) fatigue testing machine using a cylinder to raise the follower wheel for easy loading and unloading of the specimen, the specimen will be loaded onto the master and follower pulleys, the master wheel according to a certain set speed, the specimen driven by the follower wheel, the follower is driven by the weights of the vertical gravity along the straight guide rail Move, so that its specimen tension, center distance and elongation by the displacement sensor for detection. The test data and setting data of the specimen can be displayed through the touch screen installed on the control cabinet. The machine of the test belt adopts PLC and touch screen for communication and programmed control, and the low-voltage electrical appliances adopt Schneider brand.
