VNP-02B/22KW Multifunctional V-belt (with torque) Fatigue Tester

Overview:

VNP-02B multifunctional V-belt (with torque) fatigue testing machine is based on the wheel drive belt (with torque) fatigue testing machine of German Shaw Company, combined with the "V-belt fatigue test method for agricultural machinery" GB/T12735-2014, the group of narrow V-belts HG/T2819-2010, the group of ordinary V-belts HG/T3745-2011 and GB/T10821- 2008 "V-belts and multiribbed belt for agricultural machinery" and other standards for design and manufacture. 2008 "V-belts and Multi-wedge Belts for Agricultural Machinery" and other standards for design and manufacture. The test process is controlled and calculated by computer, and the frequency converter and DC controller drive and regulate the speed of master and slave motor respectively. The test specification conforms to the use requirements of two-wheel test and four-wheel reverse bending with torque fatigue test in GB/T12735-2014 "Fatigue Test Method for V-belts for Agricultural Machinery".
