VNP-04A Multi-Wedge Belt (with torque) Fatigue Tester
Overview.
VNP-04A four-wheel durability testing machine for multi-coupling belts is suitable for the torque fatigue testing machine for automobile narrow V-belts, automobile multi-coupling belts and synchronous belts used in scientific research units and factories. This machine in Germany imported experimental equipment on the basis of improved design and production is completed. It maintains the stability and transmission characteristics of the original German equipment while increasing the testing functions. The testing machine through the main drive frequency conversion motor and loading electric brake for loading force control operation, so that the specimen for torque fatigue test. The main drive inverter motor adopts a gravity suspension structure to maintain the tension state of the drive belt during operation and ensure constant speed of the main drive. The energy-saving function is realized by using the unique performance of the load electric brake. The active pulley, driven pulley and tensioning pulley are organically combined with roller screw and linear guide and weights to carry out horizontal displacement and vertical displacement to meet different specimen length sizes and tensioning force. The specimen completes the predetermined running time under the set tension and load.
This machine mainly has a computer control system to automatically complete the fatigue test of the tested sample, after setting and data detection for programmed closed-loop control, parameter setting and modification on the touch screen, the performance data of the test is displayed in real time on the LCD display and can be saved and printed. The products are in line with GB/T11545-2008 "V-belt fatigue test for belt drive automobile industry", GB13552-2008 Appendix A "Multi-wedge belt fatigue test for belt drive automobile industry", GB/T18183-2000 Appendix A "Automotive Synchronized Fatigue Belt Fatigue Test Method" and JASOE109, ISO11749, SAEJ2432, ISO5287:2003, JASOE110, SAEJ1596 and other related standards.
