Overview.
VPZ-03C/900 multifunctional transmission belt length measuring machine is strictly based on GB/T13552-2008 "automotive polygonal belt", GB/T13352-2008 "belt transmission V-belt and its pulleys for the automotive industry Dimensions" standard design, the main performance indicators in line with the standard requirements for the measurement of the use of the relevant provisions of the standard. The machine is easy to operate, high resolution, the main control adopts PLC and computer communication to carry out programmed control and realize man-machine dialogue, the whole equipment is easy to operate, the display is intuitive, and the test data and test reports can be saved and printed.
Length measurement method: the magnetic grid displacement sensor is used for determination. According to different specimens corresponding to the standard formula for automatic calculation of the center distance, the effective length of the specimen and the corresponding length of the section line, the amount of change in the center distance, the operator before the test to select the type of sample to be tested, you can automatically calculate the above data.
