  1. Low-temperature refrigeration adopts a hermetic compressor unit. The evaporative condenser serves as both the evaporator for the high-temperature stage and the condenser for the low-temperature stage.

  2. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, it is necessary to set up high and low voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems in the system. At the same time, in order to monitor the system operation, in the high and low voltage end are required to have high and low voltage meter to monitor the system operation.

  3. Refrigeration capacity regulation by shunt method.

How it works:

     Constant temperature and humidity test chamber is composed of two parts: temperature regulation (heating, cooling) and humidification. Through the installation of the rotating fan at the top of the box, the air is discharged into the box to realize gas circulation, balance the temperature and humidity in the box, the box built-in temperature and humidity sensors to collect data, transmitted to the temperature and humidity controller (micro-information processor) for editing and processing, and give instructions for adjusting the temperature and humidity, through the air heating unit, the condenser tube and the sink heating and evaporation unit of the common completion. 

  Constant temperature and humidity box temperature adjustment is through the box body built-in temperature sensor, collect data, by the temperature controller (micro information processor) adjustment, connected to the air heating unit to realize the increase in temperature or adjust the refrigeration solenoid valve to reduce the temperature of the box to achieve the control of the required temperature. Constant temperature and humidity box humidity adjustment is through the body built-in humidity sensor, collect data, adjusted by the humidity controller (micro information processor), connected to the sink heating element, through the evaporation of water in the sink to achieve an increase in humidity inside the box or adjust the refrigeration solenoid valve to achieve the dehumidification to control the required humidity. 

  Constant temperature and humidity box is equipped with multiple protection measures; temperature system can be set zui big safety allowable temperature conditions, equipped with over-temperature protector, air heating element can be stopped with the rotating fan and automatic power-off; humidification system can be humidified with the humidification tank water level is reduced and stop the power supply; refrigeration system is also with the box temperature (over 40 ℃) or humidity increase and stop working.
